Ingredients for sourdough bread
A cup and a half of flour.
A cup of whole wheat flour.
One tablespoon of coconut sugar.
Small spoon of salt.
A cup of active sourdough.
A cup and a quarter of warm water.
How to prepare

Mix the flour, sugar and salt together in a large bowl.
Throw the rest of the ingredients into the dry ingredients
Gradually add the active sourdough and warm water to the dry ingredients mixture, mixing well.
Knead the dough
Knead the bread dough well until it becomes smooth and homogeneous. Cover the dough after sprinkling it with flour in a bowl and leave it to rest for 4 hours.
Dough bread
The dough is placed on parchment paper and an incision is made on the face of the dough using a sharp knife, then it is transferred to a baking tray or mold and baked in the preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes.
Bread cooling
Leave the loaf of bread on a cooling rack to cool overnight.
Slicing and serving sourdough bread
Cut the bread and serve immediately.
